Reporting infringement
Notices should be sent to [email protected] and include the following information:
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the exact URL(s) on creativetalequest.com where the material appears;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a declaration that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised;
- confirmation, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are entitled to act on behalf of the owner.
Processing of notices
Once we verify a notice, the content in question is removed or blocked without undue delay. For embedded videos you may also contact the hosting platform directly.
Removed by mistake?
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details and an explanation.
